What can I do for you?

That's the only question that matters. Here are the five ways working together tends to create the most value — pick one, or bring your own.

Jukka Blomberg

Fractional CMO

Crypto & fintech companies

Marketing leadership two to four days a week, with compliance built in from day one. I ran marketing at two international crypto exchanges — I know what growth under regulation looks like.

AI Transformation

Founders & executive teams

I help leaders redesign their organization so AI does the operating — the same system I use to run a portfolio of live products as one person. Strategy, architecture, and the honest version of what works.

Co-founder, executive & board roles

Well-funded teams & boards

For the right team and the right mission, I join builds — as co-founder, growth-side executive, or board member. I’m actively open to board positions. What I bring: marketing leadership, compliance depth, and an AI operating system that ships.

Speaking

Conferences, teams & boards

Crypto marketing under MiCA. AI-first organizations. What it actually takes for one operator to ship across a dozen fronts. Energetic, concrete, no futurism without a demo.

Partnerships & acquisitions

Operators & investors

Interested in one of the ventures — as a partner, a distribution channel, or a buyer? Every product here is built to be scaled by someone. Serious conversations welcome.

One paragraph is enough: who you are, what you're building, what you need. I read everything and reply to every serious message — personally, from a real inbox.

Not ready to write yet? Read the operating system instead.

Before any of the five above makes sense, it helps to see how the work actually gets done. This is the free, redacted version of the system that runs the portfolio — the build loop, the four queues, the five hard gates, the send envelope, and the disciplines that keep it honest. Descriptions of what runs, not a pitch: no client names, no revenue figures, no credentials.

The one-pager opens either way — your address is never needed to read it. A copy is also emailed to you once, as a PDF; beyond that I keep your address to reply and to see that a real person asked; what I store, for how long, and how to have it deleted.
